At GRIPS.Brand, each piece is created with intention, style, and function in mind. Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

Quality Concerns

If your order arrives with a visible flaw (such as dye markings or damage), please contact us at getgrips.brand@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description, and a clear photo of the issue.

In many cases, markings caused by packaging or dye transfer will fade after washing. If you notice any residue or light discoloration, we recommend:

  • Washing the socks on a cold cycle

  • Tumble drying on low or laying flat to dry

  • This can also improve grip and snugness if the sock feels too loose out of the package

Fit + Feel

Our socks are designed for a snug, studio-ready fit. If the sock feels slippery or slightly loose at first, a wash-and-dry cycle usually improves grip and tightness. If you're unsure whether the fit is right for you, feel free to reach out before placing your order—we’re happy to help guide you.

Final Sale

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective upon arrival. We stand behind the design, intention, and aesthetic of every GRIPS product and appreciate your understanding as a small business.
