What size are your socks?

All GRIPS socks are one size fits most.
Our current design is intended to comfortably fit most women's shoe sizes between US 5–10.

We’re actively working on expanding our size range. If you have specific sizing needs or feedback, we’d love to hear from you—email us at getgrips.brand@gmail.com. Your input helps us grow with intention.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or has a quality issue, reach out to getgrips.brand@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.

Note: Some light dye markings from packaging may wash out. We recommend washing and drying your socks before wear to improve fit and grip.

What if the socks feel loose or slippery?

Our grip improves with wear—and a quick cold wash + low tumble dry tightens the fit. This is especially recommended before your first class.

How do I care for my GRIPS socks?

• Machine wash cold

• Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry

• Avoid bleach and fabric softeners

• Do not iron

• Washing before your first wear is recommended for optimal grip and feel.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I sell GRIPS in my studio or store?
