At GRIPS.BRAND, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates + Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 2–7 business days after shipment
  • International: Not currently available (coming soon)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control. During high-volume periods, processing and shipping times may be extended.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, GRIPS.Brand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We are not responsible for packages once marked as delivered.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or your building management
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
